This home is very close to Trent University as well as Fleming College . There is a bus stop at the door. There is a big beautiful park next to the townhome. We are close to shopping plazas and other stores. Wifi, utilities, bbq and patio is included. Shared bathroom and kitchen. There are currently no pets living here . I enjoy meeting people from all over the world and learning about their culture , as well as sharing my knowledge of Peterborough and Canada with them.

The place offers 1 queen size room and a single size bed and a folding mattress room for rent separately, each room has a large closet, a dresser for your clothing and personal items and, a work desk. Keyed lock on the room door. Free Street parking is available near the house. The shared kitchen , is fully equipped. The full-sized Bathroom is shared with the other room. Ceiling height 6"2 so not suitable for taller people. Enjoy a common living room area and a quiet stay in a clean, well-furnished space.

Our house is large, pretty and in a quiet neighbourhood. We are 5 minutes from downtown St Catharines and Sunset Beach on Lake Ontario and 12 minutes from beautiful NOTL and Niagara Falls. A bicycle is available for your use. Bus stops to both Brock U and Niagara College are very close to the house as is a shopping plaza with a grocery store, restaurants and banks. A park with a swimming pool, library, soccer field and tennis courts is also across the street. We are easy to get along with and can help with your needs. There is a resident small fluffy dog who loves people and treats if you love him. Guests have use of the backyard patio and can cook for themselves. The units are nicely furnished and are for a single guest or a couple only.
