We are conveniently located on York Mills/DVP highway, inside a quiet and safe neighbourhood. We live on main floor with our grandparents. Very quiet family with no kids or pet. We love to cook and would love to share this with guests. We will provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner (International cuisine) at additional fees, convenient for our homestay international students. Guests will be staying in our basement unit with their own bath and wetbar. If you like to warm up food, just let us know during booking so we can arrange for that.

Hi there This is at large 3 bedroom apartment, with nice views from the 14th floor, including the CN TOWER. The spare room is 14 by 10 square feet Presently, there is 2 of us that work from home. The 3rd roommate is moving out after living with us for 5 years, as she wants her own place The room will be empty starting november 1st, 2025 The furniture in the spare room in the picture will be replaced, or it can be unfurnished, if you have your own bed and desk Aleks and I work in customer service at home. The 2 of us remaining are very health-conscious and read a lot, but we are also physically active outside our home with long walks in nature i'm also a dancer, including ballroom dancing I am a young senior female, and he is and forty year old gay male We are both happily, single. We do have friends outside the home We do not have overnight guests, which is written in the simple tenant agreement for anyone that lives with us. As well as no noise from 10p to 8a, but we are generally quiet, most of the day anyway, but you may hear us talking on the phone with clients, during the day. He does not do much cooking because he eats mostly raw foods and i prefer to do my own cooking because it's healthier than eating out The price includes one meal per day There is a small exercise room on the main floor with free weights and exercise bikes as well as a stairmaster, and TV. Im usually the only one there when I go. There are so many amenities near my unit such as Toronto Public library, Post office, Park, shopping mall, “No Frills” supermarket, Shoppers Drug mart, BMO bank and Scotiabank, Bulk Burn, Dollarama, fast food like Tim Horton coffee shop, Chinese food, Pizza Pizza shop and other convenient stores. Scarborough centre for alternative studies (SCAS) is also about 1 km far from our house. Centennial college is great to start your study journey here. There is 1 bedroom for homestay person in the unit and I am living in the apartment and that we will be sharing the space. The rates are CAD $50 per night. You can access a kitchen and common (share) bathroom. Simple cooking are permitted and hence we provide a microwave oven, a toaster, a plug-in kettle, and a stove for cooking. There is an in-suite washing machine and dryer and it can be used once a week. We have central heating and cooling system for the unit. You can serve internet free Wi-Fi with faster speed as well.
