I’m currently starting a new chapter in my life and looking for my first home after recently transitioning out of child safety care. At the moment I’m not working, but I’m actively looking for a job and focusing on building stability and independence. As a roommate, I’m respectful, clean, and easy to get along with. I understand the importance of shared spaces, so I always do my part with cleaning and keeping things tidy. I’m pretty quiet at home and respectful of other people’s routines and privacy, but I’m also friendly and happy to have a chat or get along with housemates. I’m responsible with rent and bills, and I take living situations seriously because I’m working hard to create a stable and positive environment for myself. Overall, I’d be a considerate and reliable roommate who just wants a peaceful, respectful home.

I'm a parent accompanying my child to study in Whangarei, seeking a long-term ensuite room near Whangarei Primary School. I'm a tidy, non-smoking, reliable tenant ready to move in soon.

Hey my name is Cade and I am a working student looking to make the move from the big smoke of Brisbane to the Gold Coast. I love being near the coast and miss it and have been given a nice work opportunity in the Goldie so am looking to make the move to somewhere closer. I consider myself a hygienic and queit character and one who will always do the dishes and let you know in advance if I have plans at the house. What you will get as a guarantee from myself. - My rent is always paid - I don't go wild in the shared living space - I am very to myself though always down to have a chat or check in - I lile to think I can cook somewhat decent lol, if you want to have dinner If that sounds to your fancy I can get in touch anytime as I'm looking to get back to the coastline asap. Thanks for the read, look forward to chatting. :)

Living in Gold Coast over years, has made lots of friends. Reliable and respectful, always ready to help people in need. Also Making friends with tenants, not just business thing.

I work full time in Surfers Paradise in marketing. I'm pretty quiet, not around much on weekends either. I like nice food, good music and a glass of wine occasionally too. I watch very little TV so the lounge room is all yours! I'm very neat, clean, and tidy and will respect others property and space.

Hello , I am Nat , I have come over from NZ about 1 year ago and am looking for a room in a nice clean, tidy house to call home for roughly 6 months or so. I work in film, so when I work I am barely home but sometimes I can be between jobs for some time. Usually I find it hard to stay at home, I like to get out and about to beaches and markets and short roadtrip holidays when I am not working. I am chilled, but I I am friendly and like a chat , I like an occassional drink , I like watching crappy old Telly at night, shows like like MAFS Survivor , and netflix series., I'm clean and respectful of others spaces. Needing a place for 6 or so months. I'm not in any major rush to move as I would like to find the right place to live in. I'm a young 40 something ...so mature flatty would be good. if bed came with room , masssive bonus but not a dealbreaker .

28-year-old from England. Easy-going, respectful and tidy. I don’t smoke and rarely drink. Ex-RAF so I’m disciplined and reliable. I go to the gym regularly and live a fairly quiet lifestyle. Heavy sleeper and happy to live with pets. Looking for a clean, relaxed household.

Clean, tidy, and happy with a love for music and chill vibes, I enjoy keeping things private!

My home is in a peaceful little neighourhood with a nearby lake and park, it is a short walk to Burleigh Beach, shops, cafes and restaurants and the main transport hub up and down the Gold Coast Highway. Dreamworld, Seaworld, Movieworld, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, the casino and lots of shopping centres are an easy bus ride away. My adult son and I enjoy travelling and meeting new people. My son is living with me at the moment but that may change as he is looking for a job teaching, after spending some time in Asia teaching English as a second language. We have a pilates reformer for strengthening exercise that is available for your use. You have a queen sized bed. The bathroom is shared with my son when he is at home and a hair dryer is provided for your use. You are welcome to use the kitchen, there is a shelf for you in the panty and a small fridge in your room. Fast wifi and smart lights throughout the home. We have a toy poodle every second week. She is really friendly and thinks that everyone likes her. Our home is wheelchair accessible and has access to a disability shower on site. Please message me to discuss mobility requirements if needed as at times we are able to rejig things to give you the accessible bedroom (HiLo bed), with accessible ensuite. We are a low chemical home and please ask guests not to spray perfumes or fragrances in the house and to use low fragrance laundry detergent. The house has no carpet and is tiled throughout hence it is suitable for someone allergic to dust mites.
