The house is on the bus route and close to Nuffield Hospital, Brighton Sussex University Hospital, and Brighton General Hospital. The University of Sussex and Brighton University are also nearby and on bus routes. The house is fully furnished with new furniture and has all new appliances.
A conservatory has just been upgraded with a new insulated roof and heating and a large back garden with decks. The front has space for 3 cars and on-street parking. All bedrooms have a double bed, memory foam mattress, and under-storage drawers. The property also includes a wardrobe, desk, and nightstand.
