Looking to rent the upstairs big bedroom of my house on the upper floor and a private half bath. There is a shared full bath, living room area and kitchen. Laundry is also available: on site in basement area. There is a brand new deck off of the kitchen overlooking a big back yard. If you like to grill, there are grills available. I like to cook and share food if you are a person who gets hungry! There is a nice park with lake and walking trails nearby, including disc golf and bike trails that are connected to the 40 + mile Greenway biking/hiking trail that goes through the city and beyond We have access to internet, Hulu and Disney Plus, Peacock and Amazon Prime. The house is located on a court with very nice neighbors and is very quiet. Common to watch flocks of ducks and eagles flying around as the lake is near. There is a walking path that goes around Thompson County park’s lake and the other path leads to bicycling and hiking through another park: Kaposia across the highway. We are quiet although located next to major highway connecting to the south, west and east parts of Minneapolis and Saint Paul’s surrounding suburbs. Occasionally I do dog sit to friendly dogs. If you aren’t a dog lover and their stay coincides with yours, then this house may not be a good fit. Also NO SMOKERS and NO MARIJUANA OR OTHER DRUG USERS. I also do not respond to requestors who do not have a photo on their Homestay profile and you must provide a passport with photo or drivers license with photo ID upon arrival.
