Just closed on my first home and looking to rent out 3 of the spare bedrooms. Rooms are labeled in the pictures and priced as followed: Room 1 is $975, Room 2 & Room 3 (HAVE BEEN RENTED). Water/sewage/Garbage/Internet are included, with electricity being divided each month. The rooms include a Double/Full mattress, television, either a shelf/dresser/closet space, there's a washer/dryer available for everyone to use, and ample free street parking in front of the house on Norway street. A little about me: I'm a 28 year old female who works from home and does online school, I have a small Pomeranian, and enjoy being outdoors (hiking, paddle boarding, exploring new places etc.) Currently there's only 1 bathroom in the home but I do have plans to add another.
