My home is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house in a quiet subdivision just 2 miles from Ascension Seton Hays. I'm renting out two of the bedrooms, one is furnished as a bedroom, the other as a den. The rooms and private bath are all down their own hallway. The bedroom has blackout curtains in case you work nights. You are welcome to use the kitchen and laundry, of course, along with the living room/dining area. The backyard is a good size with a nice deck; parking is on the driveway. I retired from Ethan Allen in CA and moved to TX in 2020 to be near my son. I live here with my 3 year old mixed breed pup. He's a good boy! We walk early every morning and after that we play it by ear. When I travel he stays with my son in Austin. I enjoy history, architecture, and everything about dogs. My dog enjoys walking and sniffing!
