hi, I’m Patricia. I’m a beauty student on the Gold Coast and also work part-time. I’m a clean, respectful and reliable person who values a peaceful living environment. I keep shared spaces tidy, pay rent on time, and am considerate of other people’s schedules and privacy. I don’t smoke i do vape sometimes, i have no pets, and enjoy a quiet lifestyle when I’m at home. I’m looking for a safe and comfortable place to live with friendly and respectful housemates. I’m easy to get along with and believe good communication is important for a positive household.

Im generally quiet, but can be great to talk to. I can keep to myself, musicis no problem for me, I generally stay up pretty late. Im tidy, clean up my messes,I have no problem with visitors as long as its safe.I was raised around animals, so I understand how they work, and have no problem with them. My personal preference is that I am not involved with any religious activities, I have no interest in joining any groups of the kind, but respect that it is yours. Im great with kids, though id definitely love to keep to myself

I'm looking to live with people who are clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces. Ideally, I'd like housemates who are responsible, communicate openly, and contribute fairly to keeping the home comfortable and tidy. I get along well with friendly, easy-going people who respect each other's privacy but are also happy to have a chat from time to time. Whether you're a working professional or someone with a busy lifestyle, the main thing is that you're reliable, respectful, and take pride in the place you live.
