Few minutes to shopping center, gas station, hospital, restaurants in town. There is a separate entrance. The owner lives upstairs with a daughter. No drug, pet, event, weapon, severe alcohol.

I live in an area called East Collage Park in Saskatoon. It is a very safe and friendly community. The house has been newly renovated. The room is on the main floor and has a large bed, desk, closet and a large window. Utilities and high speed internet are included. The house is kept very clean. Outside is a large yard with a deck. We have fruit trees that bloom every spring with lots of flowers. There is a bus stop that is located a block away from the house. There is a shopping mall and a park near by. The University of Saskatchewan is a 15 minute bus ride.

My home is located on the South East of Vancouver, accessible to all kinds of transportations, about 20 minutes to downtown, airport and others. Clean and simple house with quiet family.

Dear Guest, Welcome to my home! I am located just west of Seaton Village on a quiet one-way street close to Dupont/Ossington. Bus and subway are in short walking distance and you will find lots of stores and restaurants nearby. I am a musician and piano teacher and have a cat - so hopefully you are not allergic! I have a beautiful large and bright master bedroom for rent. Wooden floors, bay windows, large closet, double bed, shelving and a table/chairs. I like to keep a quiet and peaceful atmosphere - I need quiet time between 11 P.M and 7 A.M. and ask that my guests take off their shoes in the home. There is a laundromat just 2 minutes down the road.

House is located on Burke Mountain in Coquitlam. 1740 sq foot built in 2013 near parks and trails. 3 floors, 3 bedrooms, 1 entertaining room (man cave) with 55 inch tv, surround sound electric fire place , 2 full bathrooms, 1 half and another half with shower accessed by man cave.
