I am a 42 year old female. I would like a room to rent with a 6 month lease option if possible. I have a small puppy who is about 7 or 8 weeks old now. He is house broken and puppy pad trained. I am employed full- time, working night shifts up to 10-12 hours long. I need a room in a place that will be calm enough during the day for me to be able to sleep during rhe day, but won't be a bother to anyone the nights im home from work because i normally stay awake to try and keep my schedule the same on all of my days and nights.

I’d be a good roomie because I’m respectful and mindful of other people especially people I share a place with. I’m not a big talker but once I get to know someone good I open up. In other words I’m not a Karen or annoying, and open to feedback if doing something you may not like. Also I know how to cook a little bit and I like cooking for others as well! I work full time, train at the gym alot so I’m not home all of the time either.

My husband and I have a split level home. We offer the bedrooms downstairs to renters on a month to month basis. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The living area and kitchen is shared with other guests. You have a private entrance to downstairs, so mostly you won't see us. Parking is available on the street. The neighborhood is quiet and within a 15 minute drive to downtown.
