I am a quiet, clean, non-smoking, non-drug using, 59 year old female looking for accommodation. I would love a rental with a private bath (or shared with only one person) that has a bathtub which helps me with my chronic pain. I am on disability due to chronic pain after a surgery a number of years ago. I am on AISH so my income, while not large is regular and secure. I used to be a computer programmer, IT project manager. Recently I've take a number of art classes and discovered that I am an artist at heart and am hoping to get a room with another room or say a basement space (unfinished is fine) that I could use as an office/studio. I wish to start renting as soon as possible and would be a long term tenant. The only way I would move is if I got a place in subsidized housing. I can provide proof of income and rental references. I have been sharing with a friend for the last five years and he can provide a reference as to me paying on time every month etc.
