We are couple and living in a 4 bedroom semi-detached house which is located 5 mins walk from Chadwell Heath Station ( Zone 5) which takes you to Stratford Station to connect into the Heart of London under 20 mins travelling time. it is a double bed room with shared bathroom.

The local leisure centre is only a 10-minute walk from the house, along with a newly opened cafe/deli, fish and chip shop, shopping centre, convenience store and takeaways just minutes from the house. Our house is a clean and well-furnished property, with plenty of light pouring in during the warm summer. We have no pets so no worries of any allergies! However, i don't mind any age who is interested in renting the room as long as they are clean and tidy. It's a lovely neighbourhood 5 mins walk to East Croydon Train Station. Close to BoxPark and lots of amenities. It's a furnished bedroom.

With easy access to central London the mainline and bus stops about a 10 minute walk always. Highams Park has a library, gym, fantastic restaurants , pubs , micro brewery and a winebar. Great place to socialise. We consider ourselves generous hosts and enjoy entertaining friends and family in which our students are always invited as part of the family. We both enjoy cooking and provide a good menu. We can provide an evening meal at an extra cost to be arranged.

In order to check-in , you be required to pay the last month rent of the contract in advance, bills contribution is 48£ per person, per month. Linens for the room costs £50, Key security is £50 charged on check-in, but refundable when returning the keys at the end of your stay. In case of Weekend check in, £75 will be charged.
