My partner and I (She/they-24 and She/They-25) have a room becoming available in August 2026. Rent price is base rent, doesn't include utilities, but that can be shown as asked.
I have 1 small dog, and 2 cats. They are all welcome in the common area but they stay upstairs in our rooms often( litter is upstairs, not downstairs). We would be sharing common space such as Living room, dining room and kitchen.
Has washer and dryer as well as dishwasher. Your room will have a decent size closet and your own bathroom which we do not use.
In terms of personality, my partner and I both understand everyone has different levels on cleanliness so that is an important conversation as we dont want anyone to feel uncomfortable in their own home. We both go to therapy to make sure we are in good headspaces and we like to stay in our rooms often with the occasional friend visits. I game alot at home and my girlfriend likes to go out often.
We are mostly looking for queer people as it is one of the most important things in our lives.
