There is 1 full bathroom, which would mostly be shared between two bedrooms (except for the shower), a half bathroom is in the third bedroom (that I will occupy), a kitchen (includes - fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven), a common area with a couch and a tv, and a large balcony. The building has a gym, basketball court, volleyball court, study room and laundry room. everything is included except for hydro, which would be split between roommates (average 25$). The bedroom comes unfurnished, but all the common spaces are furnished. There is underground parking available at an extra cost.
A 12 month contract is mandatory, until end of august 2025
First and last month's rent (2100$) required for the deposit as well as a key deposit of 50$
