Available from 16th of September, Wavendon, Milton Keynes, within 4 min drive-away M1 and reasonable distance of city centre, train station, district centre, and health centre. Regular bus service to city centre. This is a double room with a double bed, wardrobe and a study table. Use of common bathroom and toilet. Allocated car parking. There is a kitchen & utility with appliances, including washing machine, that may be shared with the family of the live-in landlord. The landlords follow a non-vegetarian diet except beef and cannot accept cooking beef food in any part of the house. All bills included, nothing else to pay other than the room rent. Landlord works from home so please no parties or loud noises. Keep it clean and simple for a pleasant stay in a quiet residential area.
