This is a basement suite with 2 bedrooms, I'm in one room and the second room is not set up but the rest of the place is furnished. I'm thinking that I could possibly share my room if you don't have any furnishings for your room like a bed. Mine is a king size. I find my place to be very cozy and quiet and very friendly tenants living in the building who respect and look out for each other.
