Our home is a 2 story house with 3 bedrooms, one of which is being used as an office. The 2nd floor residence has the kitchen, living room, office, master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, laundry and 1 1/2 baths. The student's bedroom is on the west side of the house. We have a large backyard. Our home is within easy walking distance [5 min. walk] of downtown and are very close to transit [2 min. walk].

The suite is very comfortable, clean and private. It has a bathroom, living room/ kitchen counter with 2 sinks a small microwave, coffee maker kettle and a small fridge but there’s no stove for cooking. Guests are allowed to use them.

This is a self contained master bedroom that started booking from December 2018 , Our goal is to keep the traveling guests very comfortable . I have done a beautiful job in setting up this suite just like a hotel suite with high speed WIFI you will also get 2 couch chairs in the balcony to relax and view the Rock Garden Queen Bed with nice clean linens , blankets and 4 comfortable pillows , 3 towels and a small fridge , a round table with 2 couch chairs a chair and table for laptop or study a smart television ( Roku TV ) microwave kettle with tea facility Coffee Maker with coffee facility toaster cups , glasses , plates & cutlery fan heater iron with ironing board table lamp tissue & paper towels 3 nice and clean towels ( 2 bath towels & 1 hand towel ) shampoo & body soap & hand soap We have a septic tank in this suite which gives a little noise when water is used . anything else will you need please do not hesitate to ask ,, I will do my best to fulfill

Mr. is a local white man and his wife is a Chinese (previously worked as a doctor in China). The villa is located in Chilliwack, southeast of Vancouver. There are private and public schools ranked high in the province. A campus at the University of the Fraser Valley is also here. We offer a single room and a double room with a bed, wardrobe, writing desk and bookshelf. Pack three meals a day, Chinese and Western food combined or adjusted according to the child's taste. High school students pick up and drop off the school, and students transfer to the campus in Chilliwack. Students can take the school bus to and from the university for free. English speaking and listening practice is provided free of charge according to the needs of the students. There is a home gym in the house that kids can use for free. We have a large roof garden and a backyard filled with fruit trees, and children can fully enjoy the outdoor sun and air.

I’m a clean and tidy roommate. I love to cook and often make left overs! I have 12 plant babies and love them all. My place is super boho and put together! I work two jobs so I’m home Monday to Wednesday evening and weekend evenings. I’m a marketing assistant and a bartender! I love the gym and reality tv, as well as seeing my friends and family!
