My boyfriend and I live in this beautiful home. We are renting this home and have owners full permission for a room mate. We have a 5 month old puppy a 15year old kitty and 2 parakeets. We ask that you are okay with animals. Overall all pets are loving and well behaved. Our puppy is learning but we will ensure hes not a disturbance to you. We are happy clean hardworking people. We do not party or cause drama. We have been together 4.5 years and do not fight. Disagreements happen but they are always discussed respectfully and privately. The bedroom and a bathroom are yours. If we have a guest they may want to use that restroom but that is very rare and we are ok with them using ours. If you need furniture I can loan you a twin bed and nightstand. I will buy your mattress brand new and can provide you sheets if needed. You will have a closet in the bedroom. You will be given kitchen space for your food and we have a fully stocked kitchen. You are more than welcome to use any thing in there to make meals or bake. Smoking is outside only, marijuana is okay but outside only and please keep it locked up and away from my pets. We are flexible happy people and looking for a clean drama free person that can join our home. What ever you need just ask us and we can do our best to help in any way. We want to make our home feel like your home. Electricity is the only other expense that i would need to split with you. I am okay to provide the internet though. Our work schedules are days and nights usually i work 2-3 jobs. I am a receptionist at a pet hospital from 6am-330pm and work at amazon usually from 6pm until 11pm, occasionally I drive for Uber and doordash. My boyfriend does home remodeling for a living. We are gone alot but we are quiet when we come and go. I do not mind couples but I have had poor experiences in the past so this can be discussed between us if this applies to you. Due to not owning this house any pets would need my owners permission and have be fully vaccinated with proof but honestly I would prefer no pets. Please reach out to me with any questions.
