I am an 18 year old (almost 19) biracial Female - I am quiet and respectful, I am willing to follow any rules or meet any expectations that I would need to. I often tend to stay to myself a lot and I am very nonjudgmental so other house tenants wouldn’t have to worry about me being a disturbance. I like to keep a clean and tidy environment so I like to make sure that any of the areas I’m commonly in stay tidy so you would never have to worry about messes being left behind or having to clean up after me as I am also very considerate when it comes to keeping shared environments clean for everybody else. I always like to ask for permission/get a confirmation before doing certain things so you would never have to worry about me inviting people over or using/doing things without your knowledge or permission. Overall I would describe myself as a quiet and considerate roommate that would be easy to deal with. Looking to pay $700 for monthly rent maximum.
