I have a small 2 bedroom house in Akron CO. A very small town. It's quiet fresh air not much traffic. It would be great for someone with remote income and someone tired of the smog noise and craziness. There are jobs close by. Excellent for someone who is retired. Very big yard if you like to garden. Large pond waterfall in the front yard. I'm gone half the time. I have a 6 acre homestead I'm developing. It's very affordable and quiet out this way. Local stores and restaurant and coffee shops. Walmart is 30 minutes in two different directions.
