Room in Fitzroy North for mid-April move in
Hello! We sadly have to bid farewell to our lovely Emily as she heads back to Germany, so we are on the hunt for someone that fits our vibe to come into the room available in our Fitzroy North sharehouse!
THE HOUSE: A four bedroom townhouse with a small outdoor area outside, nice new kitchen and wooden floors and guess what we also have a robot vacuum now so I think that is a big selling point personally. Your room is upstairs, you will share a bathroom with me (Izzie). It’s a medium size room with a big built in wardrobe and room for a queen bed or double bed with desk/shelves etc. Comes with split system A/C.
THE LOCATION: Fitzroy north, super close to the 96 tram and East Brunswick Village. Can also get to the 11 tram easily and you can walk to Merri Station if you like to catch trains. You can walk to St George’s to go get a coffee and drink it in Edi Gardens! We have a free carspace if you have a car, and also 2 hour free street parking.
THE ROOMATES:
James: James is a software engineer who works from home, loves socialising, good for chats, great for advice, and loves hanging around post work if he has nothing on. Quite social, like doing things all nights more or less, is more passionate about writing and music than he is coding but gotta make that money money.
George: George is a software/sales something customer satisfaction something corporate boy. Very social, loves hanging out with his friends. He says he works from home 2 days and in the office 3 days a week but I want to have that fact checked. Lovely boy all round, always up for a chat, doesn’t have bad days and loves anything featuring music that goes dundundun. He also does drinks with his nan frequently which is cute.
Izzie: Izzie is a final year uni student working part time . I work from the office three days a week and during my other days I am normally trying to study (looking for someone who can take my phone hostage during the day) or at uni. Outside of that I like to spend my down time socialising, grabbing coffee, and am always down for a hang, chat or anything in between!
ADMIN: Rent is $290 per week, bills split evenly
BITS AND BOBS: we are a social house and like doing stuff together but it can be hard to find time to do this since we are all out and about so often! We are typically out on the weekends and keep it a bit more chill during the week but we love spontaneous hangs and happy for you to join us on whatever adventures we take if you’re down
