Residential property, in a very quiet, friendly and safe neighbourhood. With a beautiful Garden, seating area, you are welcome to use and a shared Bathroom. The kitchen is a wonderful space to prepare and eat your breakfast in or other meals (where needed). The house is spacious and modern, with double-glazed windows, which ensure rooms are bright and airy and quiet. The bedroom window has blackout binds. I work from home, so am around to answer any questions and share the house with my beautiful small, very friendly, hypoallergenic dog.

My home is 1.6 ml away from central Canterbury in the Wincheap area. Our interests range from socialising to gardening. We have 2 Singles and 1 Twin available with Closet / Wardrobe, Mirror, TV, Radio, Desk and Lamp, and Fridge. Lee is 51 and enjoys socialising, television, and gardening. She speaks English Kieron is 23 and enjoys socialising. He speaks English

We enjoy welcoming visitors from all over the world. Our comfortable house is an easy 15 minute walk from Canterbury city centre and 10 minutes from Canterbury East station, with regular trains to London and Dover. Family meal/packed lunch and English lessons, (qualified teacher), available on request, (with notice). We are happy to spend time getting to know guests if they want to, or allow people their own space. We are also happy to recommend our favourite shops, cafes and attractions. We are hosting shorter stays (weekends/two-four days) at the moment and longer stays from October 2024. Our accommodation particularly suits students, people on weekend stays or on English language or other study trips in Canterbury. We have just re-opened our listing (April 2024) after a pause of 5 years

I am a quiet, smart and respectful woman. I mind my own business and also respect people's boundaries and privacy. Sharing a your space with me will be a good idea because l am also responsible, l love a clean environment, would always clean and also clean after myself. I am employed so will also not have to worry about paying my bills.

Brendan & Amanda would like to invite you to our beautiful home set in a wonderful rural location yet only 2 km from the historic city of Canterbury with it's world famous Cathedral. Rachel our daughter has a TEFL teaching qualification and is available for English lessons if required (extra charge). London is only 55 minutes away by train and Paris only 2 hours from nearby Ashford. If you like to be by the sea then hop on a bus and be there in twenty minutes and taste the delights of fresh seafood in the town of Whitstable. We have a large garden in which we grow our own fruit and play games and guests are always welcome to join us.

Victorian house with a small single room and single bed. Walking distance to Town, Ashford International for Eurostar and trains to Canterbury, Dover, etc. The Curious Brewery, Ashford School/ College / Designer Outlet, Victoria Park, Stour Leisure Centre, Pubs and Supermarkets are walkable too. The William Harvey Hospital is approx 25mins on the bus from Ashford IntL. Parking is on the street which is often full of cars, so you may have to park further away from the house. Additional Info: I provide short/medium/long term homestay. Would suit dayworkers/students/tourists. Check in time is from 4pm-9pm. Check out time is by 10am. Please have photo I.D. for identification. Payment in full on day of arrival.
