I'm a musician and a writer. I am back and forth to California and Nevada often. My partner works in healthcare and she is home everyday after work. We keep it very clean and organized home and a positive atmosphere. We would prefer a non-smoker however there is a nice park just a couple hundred feet from the house for those that do smoke. Also we don't mind cannabis but again, we prefer that it be done off the property. She's not crazy about the smell. We have a very small friendly quiet dog who is well-behaved.
