This terrace is completely private for whoever lives upstairs, and it's the only one in the building with its own water point (perfect if you want to have plants or grow things!). The room is currently empty, so no furniture to sell unfortunately.   **The apartment common areas** - Brand new kitchen with dishwasher, big modern fridge, a bar, and tons of storage - In-unit washer/dryer - Shared bathroom with full bath (shared between the top room and one bottom floor room) - Double ceiling height with incredible natural light - Small balcony off the living room - Trash chute on our floor   **The building & location** We're one block from the Bedford L, couple blocks from the G, and a couple blocks from McCarren Park. The building has a package room, gym, and a phenomenal rooftop. It's managed by a responsive management company and we have an amazing, friendly super. (There's also parking available for extra cost, but we don't use it.)   No small letters here - this is an incredible apartment with an even more incredible location. The room price isn't negotiable, sorry, but you'll see why when you visit.   **What we're looking for** But here's what really matters to us: we want someone who's looking for a place to call HOME. We're seeking someone who values living in peace - no drama, no pet peeves, just good vibes. We're both busy professionals, but we genuinely love interacting, cooking together, hosting friends on the roof, and overall being positive and thankful for our living situation. We respect each other's privacy and lives, but we also share smiles, laughter, and positivity.
