Introverted young professionals looking for a new housemate to join us in March, when one person leaves. The four of us rent a two-story house in the Rainier Beach-Seward Park area.
We are renewing our lease in June and are looking for someone who also wants to stay until at least June 2027. If you need to move out earlier, please give 3 months' notice. A $295 fee will also be charged to change the lease.
Well-behaved dogs are okay, but unfortunately, people in the house have cat allergies. Pet rent varies: the property management company charges a $30 screening fee, and it's generally $50-$100 a month, depending on the size and health of the dog.

The housemates:
Ty: I am a chef, horticulturist, digital artist, and activist. I work various kitchen and catering gigs around town, so I am not home much. When I am home, I'm taking care of the plants, cleaning or organizing around the house, or working on my computer downstairs.
Blane: I am originally from Northern California and have been in Seattle for going on 3 years now. I had been living in SLC and Pittsburg for a few years before moving to WA.
Moved to WA as a software engineer, and I've been working off-career jobs (park maintenance, movie theater, grocery store) for going on 2 years, taking my time here and very slowly recovering from remote-work burnout (though I'm still mostly spending too much time sitting at computers).
I would love to make some shared meals and/or play any card, board, word games whenever anyone is down to but am also set/content to simply live in parallel with others while working independently to continue building up new interests and hobbies.
Ian: I am a customer support representative in my day job & freelance Broadcaser, Commentator, and Directors Assistant for online events. In my free time, I am often at Karaoke at Pony, Fighting Game Locals, TCG events, or hitting up independent movie theaters. At home, I'm trying to get back into the swing of reading books & watching more movies from my collection or gaming. Always down to hit up a local event with the roommates.
