Washer and Dryer is in a separate common area of basement. Private side entrance faces the morning sun with pleasant backyard that leads to nature trail on Pohick Stream. Fios high speed internet and TV included. Basement doors have privacy locks going to bedroom 14 x 12, kitchen 10 x 12 and 3 x 8 bathroom with shower totaling about 300 square feet. We live in Washington DC, in the great neighborhood of Takoma. Super well communicated by public transportation to either downtown DC or Maryland. Rock Creek Park is a ten minute walk away, and so it is the Takoma Acquatic center for swiming, free to DC residents. Tennis courts, parks and a great farmers market the whole year round. There are several nice restaurants, such as the legendary organic Marks cafe, Olive lounge, Takoma Station for live jazz. Enjoy the peace of a great neighborhood while living in the city.
