The Apartment: Bedroom: The available room is very spacious, currently with a king-sized bed, but there’s plenty of room for 2-3 people to move around comfortably. It feels like another master bedroom! The closet is huge—essentially a master walk-in. The room currently has a desk, bookshelf, and a 3x4 cubby; these can either stay or be removed, depending on your preference. Bathroom: You’ll have your own detached bathroom, just two steps from the bedroom. Living Space: The apartment has air conditioning, a balcony, and great natural sunlight from two large windows. The living room is furnished with a Roku TV for everyone’s use. Please note, the fireplace is purely for aesthetics and can’t be used. Amenities: The apartment complex includes a pool (perfect for summer), a gym (code available upon lease signing), a dog park, and a tennis court. Rent & Fees: Rent: $1100 per person/month Deposit: $350 (due upfront) Pet-Friendly: Pets are welcome!
