Looking for a single room to rent in the areas surrounding greer/taylors/greenville/duncan, slighlty further locations will be considered. I am quiet, clean, drama free, transparent, easy going and easy to work with. My intention is to pay upfront for 1- 2 months minimum stay depending on price. I require the Space to be peaceful, drama free, no drunkeness (if one can drink and still be peaceful and respectful then ok, i do not drink or hang around it) if others smoke it must be outside, i do not smoke.
