We have a 3 bedroom terraced house in a quaint rural village . Our home is warm has an open fire, a garden and we have a single room available for home stays.we have a cat and we are a family of three, myself my partner and my son who is 11 . We work and have a busy lives and are up and off early to school . but we are friendly and happy to chat or let you get on upstairs and have privacy. I do have a cleaner but we are not overly tidy we just expect people to pick up /clean up after themselves and we will too.

Lovely sunny apartment minutes from the seafront in a peaceful street overlooking the college playing fields. The big bedroom is sunny and quiet with plenty of storage space and views up racecourse hill. The Single Cubby Room is a small hotel style self contained room with a sink, TV and storage space. Both rooms use the shared bathroom and kitchen and come with Towels, breakfast & Wi-Fi all included.

We have a daughter called Kayleigh aged 27 and is a Beauty Therapist and a son named Jamie who is 24 a Gamekeeper and lives away from home. We live in a three bedroom semi detached house opposite a park and local shops are near by. The bus stop is one minute away which takes you into Brighton main town. Meals can be supplied at an extra cost. Use of Washing machine and kitchen for self catering.
