You'll need to like dogs as he is a large dog who will bark when you arrive. - The bathroom and kitchen are shared with me and the other guest. You will have space in the fridge and cupboard and full use of the kitchen. There is a washing machine and dishwasher available. Hairdryer, iron and other amenities are available as required. - There is a small rear patio garden which you can use. Smoking is allowed in the garden only. - There are many language schools locally. - Bus routes are good and nearby with a frequent service to all parts of town. Central Brighton is a short bus or train ride away or you could comfortably walk it. There are 2 train stations nearby.
