Rent at this time is $850.00 pluse a $100.00 deposit. That Will be refunded upon your departure, if room in same conditions as you moved in. All utilities are included, also free wifi, free internet, washer and dryer, full kitchen privilege. About the rent Rent is $850.00 during summer (May through September) only due to the extra cost of usage. But after September rent will be reduced to $750.00
