I have a room available that was just re-leased for the year. I do have a fiancé so it’s a couple situation, but we’re both clean and respectful. We have 2 cats as well. The apartment is right by the Orlando international airport. It’s a guest bedroom that does have a bed if you need it furnished, or otherwise I’m able to store all the furniture at my mom’s place and clear it out for you. It also has a connected private bathroom. Rent in total for the apartment is $2,300; however, with rent split in half it would be $1,150 but we’re open to talk pricing.

I’m really laid back and just looking for a normal Person to rent the room and help with the costs. Not a big party guy and keep it pretty low key most of the time.
