I wish I never had to do this, it's a crazy apartment & the room has only been used as storage. It gets central heat & ac which is rare in cali. You join can see Taylor mountain. Parking is kinda annoying but other than that it's the perfect place to live. I'm a single engineer and work 12 hour days.
