Just bought a new 3-bedroom house and am going to get the keys on the 14th march. I'm trying to rent two spare bedrooms to a responsible person.

I am currently in a unhealthy and toxic environment. my current roommates are controlling and take as the please. I feel like I could have a greater opportunity with other that are willing to help and be understanding. I do work and make enough money to meet my ends. I have no kids, no pets, and only a few items that I have to myself. I have a clean record and am not the type to be extra or too outgoing. I am quiet and usually stay in my current room a majority of the day. I am kinda a clean freak so I'm always cleaning and never leave a mess for other to clean that I made myself.

A great view of the pool is yours and if you'd prefer to cook in the house, just let us know. We have laundry available in the house as well. The Queen of the House is Bea and she is an Interpreter at the Federal Court downtown. She is from Veracruz Mexico and loves Salsa dancing, Cooking and life! Jim is from Canada, used to be in the Marines and built the casita. He loves watching Bea dance, comedy and playing tennis with some hockey. We have a Red Heeler who is very social and loves belly rubs. You don't have to give them, but he will ask. He doesn't bark unless he is letting us know there is someone in the alley or a delivery guy is near.
