I am a 38 yr old female with a room for rent. I'm asking 850 a month. This is half the rent and utilities. You have your own room and shared bathroom, kitchen and living room(I barely use) which I furnish. You furnish your own bedroom including a window ac unit if you want ac.. I have a large closet u can use in the entryway for more storage or hanging things if you need. I don't care if your a male or female just be cool and respectful. You have to be clean. Guests allowed but need to be limited and you will be responsible for whoever you bring in my home. I will ask you to sign a rental agreement. Sec deposit can either be 850 (refundable or used as last month rent) or you can pay a 425 non refundable move in fee. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW PAY STUBS. I NEED PROOF THAT YOU WORK AND CAN PAY RENT. I have a dog but no other dogs allowed. Available for viewing now. Available for move in August (may be sooner but probably August) Currently occupied and if the tenant goes to college early will be ready earlier.

I am now an empty nester so I have 2 spare bedrooms that are no longer being used. One has a bed and dresser the other does not. I work nights and go to college during the day so I'm very quiet and easy going . All bedrooms have locked handles the living room, kitchen, laundry and bathroom are shared spaces.
