We are hoping to move In asap with as minimal due to move in as possible. Or the option to pay a smaller down to hold the room til we pay the remaining before move in payments are met. We're trying to get on with our lives together and for me to not have to worry I'm going to be located by my abusive ex husband who is the reason I lost our twins and almost bled out on my birthday 11/06/23. We request month to month to make it easier on all parties to vacate the agreement at any time and welcome any contract that may be drawn up and notarized etc.
