I am a professional furniture mover, currently staying with my boss but I need my own spot to relax, very private and stay to myself.

I will only be staying at my house one maybe 2 nights a week. I work in orange county and the commute is killing me so I am moving back to orange county.

All roommates at the house are easy to get along with and never have any concerns paying their share of bills. We've lived in the house for about 3 years now and are looking to have another year or 2. We all get along and even go out on road trips and occasional board game nights when our schedules line up.

This is a small house 1 bed 1 bath. Bedroom is private and can have a locking knob installed upon request because it currently does not have one. Bathroom is shared. No closet in the room but can make space for you in the hallway closet. The room is furnished but can be unfurnished if requested. My child lives with me but doesnt stay everyday.
