Your room has a half size refrigerator/freezer and has a microwave. Pretty much everything is brand new including an extra cushy bed. All new paint, window shades, ceiling fan carpets cleaned basically a completely new room except the 42 inch tv that has so many streaming channels and internet is included as well as all utilities.
