The maximum stay at our home is 5 nights. Please do not contact me if you are inquiring about a stay more than 5 nights, a short/long term rental, roommate situation, in the are looking for work, moving, ect, this is not the place. Our 3br/2 ba home (of which 1 or 2 of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom is in this rental) is located in Weston, FL and is 39 miles from Miami Beach, 30 miles from the Miami Intl airport, 23 miles from Ft Lauderdale Beach, and 19 miles from Ft Lauderdale airport. The home is located directly on a 7 acre park w exercise paths, playground, and is pet friendly. The 2 bedrooms both have 40" TV's and share a bathroom w jetted tub/shower. One bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam topper and the 2nd bedroom has a futon w full size bed with a memory foam topper. The 2nd bedroom has a fridge and microwave for guests convenience. My husband and I encourage guests to feel at home, relax and enjoy the private space of the Queen bedroom and 2nd bedroom with Futon/full bed that shares a private bathroom. In addition to the 2 bedrooms, guests are free to use the front living room/conversational area, dining area, outside porch/fireplace/dining area/grill/smoker. The double kayak, and 2 bikes are for guest use with prior approval. Prior approval is requested for full use of the kitchen. The back living room with the reclining chairs and TV is our own personal space and not for guest use although guests are absolutely welcome to walk through that space to access the back porch and 7 acre park. The full use of the pergola porch with its cozy sitting/dining area/fireplace on the 7 acre park with its recreational facilities, playground, double kayak, 2 bikes, and community pool make our home attractive to anyone wanting to relax and unwind.

I am single, dependable. Just recently moved to this area from a different city. I like to explore this area and see more opportunities. I am very tidy and clean.
