Looking for serious, talented, and driven content creators ready to grow alongside like-minded individuals. I'm renting out two private rooms in my home to creators who can help collaborate, edit, and monetize content. Let’s build a network, not just split rent.
Requirements:
✔️ Must make 2x monthly rent ($1600+ income, Credit report)
✔️ Must have editing skills & be willing to help grow my platform
✔️ Must have monetization experience or valuable connections
✔️ Must be clean, mature, respectful, and collab-ready at least 1 day/week
✔️ Must bring your own food, toiletries, and supplies
House Rules:
Quiet hours: No noise before 10am / after 10pm
Weekday curfew: 11pm
Max 2 showers/day
$75 late fee after the 4th
