Hello, we are 2 friends, Eren and Marwan. We are 25 and 27-year-old software engineers who have moved from Vancouver and Montreal. We are looking to team up with 1 or 2 more like-minded roommates to find a larger house or a unit in a house near the Annex neighbourhood to call home. We are also open to shared houses that have 2 bedrooms available with like-minded roommates already living there.
I work full-time in person at the office and Marwan works hybrid. However, we both want to live with people who would like to socialize, host events/gatherings, build friendships, and go out to enjoy what the city offers, like restaurants, bars, karaoke nights, etc..
Music is a big part of our lives. I play the piano, write songs and have been in multiple bands in university, and Marwan plays the guitar. We like going to live shows, concerts and jamming with other people as well as organizing tiny desk-like events.
On the other hand, we are both very clean people and like to find people who would respect each other's personal space and time as well.
