I'm a 25 year old professional who works second-shift and keeps to herself. I have two small dogs that are very friendly. Whole apartment is furnished except for the spare bedroom which is currently just storage but will be cleared out for you. There are two bathrooms, one attached to my bedroom and one off the dining room. In-unit washer dryer is through that bathroom but for all intents and purposes that would be your personal bathroom because I don't really ever use it. The building is secure so you'd have to be added to my lease to get a fob. Apartment community has a pool and fitness center. Roughly 15 minutes to downtown Des Moines
