1. Submission of Valid ID Proof: It is mandatory for all guests to submit their valid ID proof 48 hours prior to their check-in. For stays exceeding 2 days, please provide your valid ID proof along with your visa at the time of booking. Local ID not acceptable. The submission of complete pet-related documents is required prior to approval by the host. Only after verification will permission be granted.
2. Price Variation Notice: Reservations made on Saturdays, Sundays, weekends, or during night hours may be subject to price changes due to high demand.
3. Trip Information: Kindly inform us in advance about your complete trip details, including your origin, destination, purpose of your trip, number of guests, their relationship, and any special requests. Please confirm these details before making the reservation.
4. Policy on Unmarried Couples/ Bachelor : Please note that unmarried couples/ bachelor are not permitted to stay at our property.
5. Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited within the premises.
6. Visitor Policy: No visitors are allowed on the property premises.
