I work from home during the day, so this is really ideal for a working professional who has a standard daytime shift outside the house. It's a very clean, quiet, and smoke-free environment, best suited for an independent adult who wants a calm and restful place to come home to. No pets allowed.
Rent is $950/month and that includes all utilities and high-speed internet. Move-in cost is first month's rent plus a security deposit.
You'll have your own private furnished bedroom, and we will share the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the unit you can use, and you get a dedicated parking spot in the driveway.
