I'm looking for a roommate for a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment in Edwardsville, IL. It's in a very nice neighborhood, and there's a lovely walking trail close to the apartment. It's a short drive from the SIUE campus. It's close to downtown Edwardsville, so there are lots of things to do that are closeby. I would pay extra for the master bedroom, so the price will be less for you.
