Down to earth non conflictive easy going quiet respectful mindful forward going

I am married to my wonderful husband who is retired. Our pet peeve is cleanliness. Must be clean organized must have references job. My aunt lets upstairs she is employed with Publix. My other roommate Devon lives downstairs. He’s younger very polite. Has a job keeps to himself. Anyone that’s ever rented from us has been included as family . We have a pretty big house spacious four bedroom three bath upstairs. That is where my aunt lives well use the kitchen washer dryer. Every room has its own refrigerator.
