Find Roommates & Rooms for Rent in Florida

We've got an available room for rent in one of our homes. We rent two rooms out of our home with those tenants having a shared bathroom (we have our own). One room is already rented to a great tenant- quiet and extremely clean; he leaves early for work and comes home late due to hours/commute and has always gotten along with past tenants. This is not our primary residence so we are gone half of the time. With that being said we want to keep it quiet (ie not a party house) and cleanliness is our top priority. ☺️ Rent is $900 per month and that includes all utilities and wifi. There's a large furnished kitchen and dining area as well as a large shared living room space with couch/TV. We also have a washer and dryer room and a backyard with a small patio. No pets and no indoor smoking.

I'm a good landlord looking for good tenants who can pay the rent on time and don't have personal problems. I have a few houses that have rooms for rent in Springfield and I have an rv park at trout River and lem turner. If you need a nice place and want to come see it. Thanks for your time.

I'm pretty quiet and stay to myself. I just like to focus on work or whatever current goals I have.. pretty easy going and easy to get alone with. I prefer staying to myself mostly but I don't mind socializing occasionally.

The house is a tree bedroom house , with 2 bathrooms , a large living room space, it has internet as well laundry set . This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath 1 car garage townhouse in South Gulf Cove. Legal address is Port Charlotte, but it is on the Englewood side of El Jobean bridge. All utilities are included. This includes lawn care and pest control. Very quiet street. Master bedroom with private bathroom and walk in closet. There is an extra empty bedroom possibly for use as office or set up for any visiting company.
