I have one room available to any man, woman or a couple.
They are willing to pay rent and clean after themselves. No drugs and smoky only outside on the back porch. Rent is always due at the end of the month or before the fifth of the month. I ask if you can contribute with the help of food. If you get something for yourself I ask you to put your name on it and put it in the fridge or you can get a mini fridge for your room. We take turns cooking and doing dishes. If one person cooks and then another person does dishes.
