Hello! I'm Aaron. I'd be a great roommate because I take good care of the house and am clean and organized in my spaces. I'm flexible and always willing to compromise. Having put work into it after a few years here, I just want to continue to enjoy living in this beautiful home!
So why do you want to live with me? I am a middle school teacher, so I'm friendly and positive and full of corny jokes. I cook and clean up after myself. I love to cook holiday meals and am always happy to save you a plate. I don't have people over that often. I have a super sweet dog, the most loveable Rottweiler mutt you've ever seen, and she will love you and take away your stress. I have the house set up to be two distinct areas in the upstairs and downstairs (basement) with the common level shared between us. It's a great setup to enjoy the best of the large house but also have your own area for you.
On the main level of the house, I have a large leather sectional, plants, and a 65" TV that is to share. I've got a washer and dryer here in the house, and the garage is decently stocked and has space for each of us to park a car. There's also a fair bit of storage space or more in the attics if you need it. We've got a nice sized kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, electric kettle, George Foreman, oven, and microwave. Plus dishwasher and fridge of course. It's a nice space with a bar area for doing lots of cooking or hosting. There's a little bump out seat where the sun shines in and you can see the beautiful backyard, which is like a mini park. Great for a dog to run around or a person to relax and read. There's also a formal dining room with a large table for hosting. That's the common area that's on the main level.
Upstairs we have a bathroom that I have guests use. Plus there is my gym (got an ab bench, Bowflex, and treadmill), office, and bedroom. I'm open to sharing the gym if you'd like but my last roommate never used it.
Downstairs from the common area is the basement. There's a door at the bottom of the stairs giving you privacy. There is a large closet that isn't quite walk in but goes along the whole wall. It's a very large space that my last roommate used as an office, sitting area, and bedroom. There's a large bathroom on the main level slightly separated from the basement stairs that would be yours. It's got a jacuzzi tub.
Outside we've got the hot tub on the back patio. I am writing this description from there in fact. It is relaxing. Got a propane grill and back patio area with lights I've hung and a fireplace. It's great to chill out here, which reminds me, the common area TV room with the leather sectional couch has a wood burning fireplace too. Plus I work a lot, so you get the place to yourself with some regularity.
