We have a 2-flat building. Guests reside in the 2nd floor unit while we occupy the 1st floor unit. There are 4 bedrooms in the unit and it can accommodate 4-6 people. You will have your own entrance, WIFI, laundry facilities, air-conditioning, and kitchen area that includes; stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Each guest room is fully furnished with bed, dresser, desk, mirror, lamps and linen. There is also a living room that has basic cable and a DVD player. We have 2 children, ages 16 and 12 years old.

This a bungalow and we will like to share our housing with some responsible, clean, respectful person. We have an available room/downstairs space that we like to rent out with this sharing program. Space consists of a bedroom with a full-sized bed with desk and walk-in closet, also a private bathroom with a hot tub and steam room, and a private lounge space. Although the space is technically shared, there is a lot of privacy - it is essentially like a garden apartment. Parents of a Harvard and Northwestern University Graduated children, trying to fill up the empty nest and find someone to give our love and care.

It offers a great balance of a small town with exceptional churches, close by mosque (masjid), great community services, a strong and thriving business community with amazing shops and fine restaurants, an excellent library, beautiful parks and tree lined streets while just minutes from the City of Chicago. This Irish host family includes 1 mother, which is an English Language Teacher, and 3 teenagers. English language lessons are available for an additional cost. This homestay host works for home. This is important because all household members will be available to practice English with you. Other international students may be here for you to enjoy; Instant Friends. Only English is spoken in this home! Some of our students have attended Solex, Intrax, Kaplan, EF International, and many more.You will find us respectful of all religions, nationalities, and cultures. Our family is interested in learning, cinemas, swimming, cooking, volunteering to help the poor, reading, gardening, and loving life. Rules of the house include: no pork products, no smoking or alcohol allowed, no pets, no dogs or cats, and only speaking English. Welcome you to my friendly home in the City of Chicago, in the northeast neighborhood of Rogers Park. Great location, 5 minutes to main bus and Metro and 10 minutes to the Red Line Train which takes you downtown or connects to other public transit lines across the Chicago region. We are a 10 minute walk to our lakefront, with parks, beautiful beaches and a nearby bike path that takes you to downtown Chicago and even further south. All of the City's great museums are connected to those paths, and our Red Line Train. Our location is the best for all the things you want in our great city, in public transit, beautiful parks and fun things to do. We are the hometown of the champion Chicago Cubs baseball team! You will have your own sunny second floor bedroom with a walk in closet, 1 dressers, and desk. There is a shared bathroom down the hall. We try to keep a clean home but please do not expect a 5-star hotel. Please be respectful and clean up after yourself. You share the bathroom and have a fridge in your bedroom. This is a great place to stay for the weekend and discover Chicago easily by public transportation. In a great area close to concert venues, bars, restaurants, The Cubs, Coffee shops, and boutiques. The bed is comfortable and we will always offer you coffee or tea if we are around.

Our condo is perfectly situated halfway between downtown Chicago and O'hare airport 24/7 train service nearby and a bus stop right outside the building. You can go just about anywhere in the city in 20 min by the Blue Line/ I-90 (subject to traffic). Free street parking is available as well. Located in the city, but away from the hustle and bustle in a quiet green neighborhood with all amenities of a modern building. The cozy bed is perfect for 2 but our air mattress can sleep 2 more.
